Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on improving the quality of life of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 40 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease from July 2021 to September 2022 were divided into the experimental group (comprehensive nursing intervention) and the comparison group (routine nursing) with 20 cases each according to random number table method, and the complication rate, quality of life score, psychological status score and nursing satisfaction score of the two groups were compared. Results The complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the comparison group, the score of quality of life, the score of psychological state and the score of nursing satisfaction were higher than that of the comparison group, P<0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life of patients, stabilize the emotional state of patients and reduce the impact of adverse emotions on patients, improve the final quality of nursing and patient satisfaction, promote effective recovery of patient health, and can be widely applied.
