护士主导的综合护理方案对慢性心力衰竭患者的影响

摘要	研究护士主导的综合护理方案对慢性心力衰竭患者的影响。方法 2020年12月到2023年12月间开展本次对比实验。纳入实验样本均是我院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者（共计100例），所有参与者进行双盲随机法分成对照组与观察组，各组纳入50例患者，将相关数据予以统计分析作为此次研究价值的参考依据。结果观察组效果较为理想且可实施性能较高，考察各项指标评分均显优，较另一组（P＜0.05）实验数据有价值体现。结论护士主导的综合护理方案在慢性心力衰竭患者中的有效实施，可有效改善患者临床症状，提高生活质量与自我管理能力，值得临床推广及使用。
Abstract	Objective To study the effect of nurse-led comprehensive nursing program on patients with chronic heart failure. Methods This comparative experiment was conducted from December 2020 to December 2023. The included experimental samples were all patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital (a total of 100 cases). All participants were divided into control group and observation group by double-blind random method, and 50 patients were included in each group. Relevant data were statistically analyzed as the reference basis for the value of this study. Results The effect of the observation group was ideal and the implementation performance was higher, and the scores of all indexes were better, which was valuable compared with the experimental data of the other group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effective implementation of nurse-led comprehensive nursing program in patients with chronic heart failure can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the quality of life and self-management ability, and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
