Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of norethinyl for patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods In order to promote the study of the protocol, 96 patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding who visited our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly selected and included in the study sample. According to the patients wishes, they were divided into a control group treated with ethinylestradiol and cyprogesterone tablets and a study group treated with norethinyl. The blood sex hormone levels, menstrual cycle, hemoglobin, and endometrial thickness of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The levels of blood sex hormones, menstrual cycle, hemoglobin, and endometrial thickness in the study group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Norethinyl ketone can effectively stabilize the blood sex hormone levels in patients with anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and adjust the menstrual cycle, hemoglobin, and endometrial thickness of patients to normal levels.
