Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and application value of intravenous compound anesthesia in painless induced abortion anesthesia. Methods 100 painless induced abortion patients admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to April 2021 were selected. All patients were divided into a control group (50 cases, using conventional anesthesia) and a study group (50 cases, implementing intravenous compound anesthesia) according to different anesthesia methods. Collect and analyze the effects of surgical anesthesia on two groups of patients. Results Both groups of patients achieved certain effects after receiving anesthesia. The study group had significantly lower anesthesia recovery time, postoperative VAS score, and significantly lower incidence of postoperative adverse reactions compared to the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients undergoing painless artificial abortion, the implementation of intravenous compound anesthesia can achieve significantly better clinical results, significantly reduce the probability of adverse reactions in patients after surgery, alleviate their pain, help patients wake up as soon as possible, and have high application value.
