个性化护理对风湿免疫科患者护理质量的影响

摘要	讨论及研究个性化护理对风湿免疫科患者护理质量的影响。方法参与本次研究的患者数量为32例，起始时间2022年8月份，截止时间2023年8月份，随机分成参照组和实验组，每组16例患者，常规护理；实验组个性化护理，分析两组患者干预前后护理质量、明确其抑郁焦虑情绪和生活质量。结果实验组患者的护理质量更高，患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪明显得到改善，生活质量得到提升，p<0.05符合统计学研究。结论在风湿免疫科，为患者提供个性化护理可以提高患者的护理质量，改善患者抑郁、焦虑的情绪，提高患者生活质量，满足患者护理需求，值得提倡。
Abstract	Objective To discuss and study the effect of personalized nursing on the quality of care of patients in rheumatology and immunology department. Methods The number of patients participating in this study was 32, starting from August 2022 and ending from August 2023. They were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group, with 16 patients in each group. In the experimental group, the quality of care before and after the intervention was analyzed, and the depression, anxiety and quality of life were determined. Results The nursing quality of patients in the experimental group was higher, the depression and anxiety of patients were significantly improved, and the quality of life was improved, p<0.05 was consistent with statistical study. Conclusion In the department of rheumatology and immunology, providing personalized nursing for patients can improve the quality of nursing, improve the mood of depression and anxiety, improve the quality of life of patients, and meet the nursing needs of patients, which is worth advocating.
