Objective To study and analyze the clinical value of plasminase injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 60 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into study group and control group with 30 patients in each group by random number table method. The patients in the two groups received routine treatment for ischemic stroke, the control group received plasminase injection treatment, and the research group jointly received hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The therapeutic effect, neurological function, activity of daily living, and improvement of limb function of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the score of NIHSS scale was lower than that of the control group, the score of BI was higher than that of the control group, and the score of FMA was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Plasminase injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy for patients with ischemic stroke can improve the therapeutic effect, promote the recovery of nerve function and daily living ability of patients, and improve limb function.
