Objective Uterine fibroids, a benign tumor of female genitalia, are common clinical diseases, accounting for about 50% of all gynecological tumors. This disease has significant characteristics such as slow onset and repeated attacks. Clinical treatment is mainly drug and surgical treatment, but surgical treatment is traumatic and has many postoperative complications, and the therapeutic effect of western medicine is unsatisfactory. Therefore, this article analyzes the clinical curative effect observation of Pulhanlins decoction of removing lump in the treatment of uterine fibroids by adding and reducing syndrome differentiation. Methods In this study, 90 patients with uterine fibroids admitted and treated in Huashan Medical Research Institute and Huashan Traditional Chinese Medicine Outpatient Department from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects, and the clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients with different treatment schemes was compared. Results The effective rate and recurrence rate in the study group were 95.56% and 13.33%, respectively, in the reference group were 82.22% and 37.78%, P < 0.05. There was a contrast between the groups, but no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions (P > 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of uterine fibroids with the addition and subtraction of Pulhanlins tumor is based on the dialectical classification of patients symptoms. Different types of symptoms can be treated differently, which can fundamentally remove the lesions and achieve the effect of treating both symptoms and root causes. The patients have less adverse reactions, and the clinical symptomatic treatment has significant curative effect, which has extensive clinical promotion value.
