摘要	观察分析对口腔癌皮瓣移植术患者实施综合护理干预的临床效果和应用价值。方法选择我院于2022年5月至2023年5月内就诊的60例口腔癌皮瓣移植术患者，随机分为对照组（30例，常规护理）和实验组（30例，综合护理干预），收集分析护理效果。结果实验组的血糖水平更高，营养水平更高，疼痛程度评分更低，术后深静脉血栓发生率更低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论综合护理干预可以有效减少口腔癌皮瓣移植术患者术后深静脉血栓发生率，改善血糖和营养状况，缓解疼痛程度，有较高应用价值。
Abstract	Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with oral cancer skin flap transplantation. Methods A total of 60 cases of oral cancer skin flap transplantation patients treated in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group (30 cases, routine nursing) and experimental group (30 cases, comprehensive nursing intervention), and the nursing effects were collected and analyzed. Results In the experimental group, the blood glucose level was higher, the nutrition level was higher, the pain degree was lower, and the incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis was lower, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in patients with oral cancer after flap transplantation, improve blood sugar and nutrition status, relieve pain degrees, and has high application value.
