中医情志护理联合穴位按摩对中风后便秘患者的生活质量影响研究

摘要	分析在对中风后便秘患者进行治疗的过程中将穴位按摩以及中医情志护理干预进行运用的作用。方法结合对比护理观察的方式展开分析，选入患者80例，为本院在2020年2月至2021年10月所接诊，通过组内盲选的方式，取其中的40例，在治疗过程中展开常规性护理，作为对照组，在对剩下患者进行护理的过程中则需要将中医情志护理干预以及穴位按摩进行运用，作为观察组。分析护理干预的效果。结果对比两组患者干预前生活质量以及心理状态，两组无明显差异，P>0.05，而在干预后，观察组明显优于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组患者护理满意度，观察组同样优于对照组，P<0.05。结论在对中风后便秘患者进行护理的过程中将中医情志护理干预以及穴位按摩进行运
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of acupoint massage and TCM emotional nursing intervention in the treatment of post-stroke constipation. Methods combined with the analysis of comparative nursing observation, 80 patients were selected and treated in our hospital from February 2020 to October 2021. 40 of them were selected by blind selection in the group. Routine nursing was carried out in the treatment process as the control group. In the process of nursing the remaining patients, traditional Chinese Medicine emotional nursing intervention and acupoint massage need to be used as the observation group. Analyze the effect of nursing intervention. Results there was no significant difference in the quality of life and psychological state between the two groups before intervention, P > 0.05. After intervention, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, P < 0.05. Comparing the nursing satisfaction of the two groups, the observation group was also better than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion in the process of nursing patients with constipation after stroke, the application of TCM emotional nursing intervention and acupoint massage can improve the quality of life of patients in the process of recovery, improve the psychological state of patients, and help patients recover.
