[Abstract] Objective To discuss the psychological nursing effect of focused solution mode after minimally invasive pelvic surgery. Methods Eighty patients with pelvic fractures in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received basic nursing and routine psychological nursing after the operation, and the observation group received psychological nursing with focused solution mode on the basis of basic nursing. The Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Hearst Hope Scale (HHS) and SF-12 Quality of Life Scale (SF-12) were evaluated before and after the intervention. Results The SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups after the intervention were significantly lower than those before the intervention, and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after the intervention (P<0.05). The HHS score and SF-12 score of the two groups increased significantly after the intervention, and the two scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after the intervention (P<0.05). Conclusion The focused solution model is used for psychological care after minimally invasive pelvic surgery and has a good clinical effect, which can reduce anxiety and depression, improve the level of hope and the quality of life.
