[Abstract] Objective: To observe the effect of comprehensive psychological nursing in patients with cervical precancerous lesions (CIN) and its effect on their mental health and anxiety. Methods: 80 patients with cervical precancerous lesions admitted from June 2017 to June 2021 were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases were included and comprehensive psychological nursing was added to the control group), control group (40 cases were included and routine nursing was provided), self rating Depression Scale (SDS) and self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) , general self-efficacy scale (GSEs), hope index (HHI), medical coping modes questionnaire (mcmq), and 36 item short form (SF-36). Results: before nursing, there was no significant difference in SDS, SAS, GSEs, HHI, mcmq (including yield, avoidance, face score) and SF-36 between the groups (P>0.05); After nursing, the scores of SDS, SAS, yield and avoidance in the observation group were lower, and the scores of GSEs, HHI, face and SF-36 were higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: comprehensive psychological nursing for CIN patients can reduce their anxiety and depression, and improve their mental health, hope level, self-efficacy and quality of life.
