摘要
学校医务室开展护理健康教育对高校原发性痛经女生知识掌握率及自护能力的影响。方法 自2021年度1月至2021年12月选择86例因痛经而前来我院校医室进行就诊的病人进行调研,按照护理方案将其归纳为2个小组,每组均纳入43例病人。按照护理举措将其命名为常规组与教育组。常规组所采用的护理方案为传统常规护理、教育组所采用的护理方案为健康教育。总结与探究2种护理方案实施效果。结果 常规组原发性痛经知识掌握率为76.74%明显低于教育组的97.67%,两组对比结果证实存有明显差异,(P<0.05)。结论 在高校原发性痛经女生病人护理中国,护理健康教育实施效果优异,此方案可提高病人知识掌握程度,此方案值得临床应用与普及。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing health education carried out in school clinics on the knowledge mastery rate and self-care ability of girls with primary dysmenorrhea in colleges and universities. Methods From January 2021 to December 2021, 86 patients who came to our hospital for treatment due to dysmenorrhea were selected for investigation. They were divided into 2 groups according to the nursing plan, and each group included 43 patients. They are named routine group and education group according to the nursing initiative. The nursing plan adopted by the routine group was traditional routine nursing, and the nursing plan adopted by the education group was health education. Summarize and explore the implementation effect of two nursing programs. Results The knowledge mastery rate of primary dysmenorrhea in the routine group was 76.74%, which was significantly lower than that in the education group, which was 97.67%. The comparison results between the two groups confirmed that there was a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of female patients with primary dysmenorrhea in colleges and universities in China, the implementation effect of nursing health education is excellent. This program can improve the knowledge of patients. This program is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
