[Abstract] Objective To investigate the detection of anxiety in patients with coronary heart disease and its influence on electrocardiogram. Methods A total of 300 patients with coronary heart disease from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. The anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) was used to evaluate the anxiety of the patients, and they were divided into anxiety group and non-anxiety group. The 24-h dynamic electrocardiogram was monitored in the two groups. the occurrence of abnormal ECG such as ventricular fibrillation and atrial premature beats were compared. The heart rate variability indexes of the two groups were compared. Results 136 cases of anxiety were detected in 300 patients with coronary heart disease. The incidence of atrioventricular block, premature ventricular contraction, premature atrial contraction, ventricular fibrillation, and short paroxysmal atrial tachycardia in the anxiety group was significantly higher than that in the non-anxious group (P<0.05). The heart rate variability indexes such as rMSSD, PNN50, SDNN in the anxiety group were significantly lower than those in the non-anxiety group (P<0.05). Conclusion The detection rate of anxiety in patients with coronary heart disease is high, and depression will increase the incidence of abnormal ECG such as premature atrial beats and ventricular fibrillation, and affect the heart rate variability of patients with coronary heart disease.
