Abstract
[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of cognitive behavior + family therapy on first-episode adolescent MDD (depression). Methods: 168 first diagnosed adolescent MDD patients were enrolled in the study from January 2017 to January 2021. They were divided into two groups according to the random method (n = 84 in each group). The control group received routine drug treatment, and the observation group received cognitive behavior + family treatment on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, hamd-24 score, MADRS score, BDI score and SSRs score of the two groups were compared. Results: The total clinical effective rate of the observation group (97.62%) was higher than that of the control group (83.33%), the hamd-24 score, MADRS score and BDI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at the fourth, sixth and eighth weeks, and the SSRs score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at the fourth, sixth and eighth weeks (P<0.05). Conclusion: Cognitive behavior + family therapy can effectively reduce the depressive symptoms and mental health status of first-episode adolescent MDD patients, and improve social support.
