三联制度护理模式在儿童外周静脉置管中的应用

摘要	探讨研究三联制度护理模式在儿童外周静脉置管中的临床实施价值。方法回顾本院2021年1月—2021年12月内收治的160例采取外周静脉留置针输液患儿的临床资料，根据置管干预方法将其划分为观察组和对照组，各80例，对照组给与常规护理服务，观察组在对照组服务的基础上进行三联制度护理模式，通过对比两组的护理效果及干预前后的疼痛程度、并发症发生等情况。结果观察组护理效果显优势，且疼痛程度及并发症的发生率均有明显降低（P<0.01）。结论三联制度护理模式在儿童外周静脉留置中有明显的护理效果，可缩短住院时间，减小并发症的发生风险，此外还可以明显改善患儿的疼痛程度，家属对该护理模式给予了高度认可，三联制度护理模式应用在儿童外周静脉置管中，具有临床推广价值。
Abstract	Objective To explore the clinical implementation value of the triple system nursing mode in peripheral venous catheterization in children. Methods: review our hospital in January 2021-2 December 2021,160 cases with peripheral intravenous needle infusion clinical data, according to the tube intervention method is divided into observation group and control group, each 80 cases, control group to routine nursing services, observation group on the basis of the control service, by comparing the nursing effect and before and after the intervention, pain, and so on. Results: The nursing effect of the observation group was superior, and both the pain degree and the incidence of tube blockage were significantly reduced (P <0.01). Conclusion: triple system nursing mode in children peripheral venous detention has obvious nursing effect, can shorten the hospital stay, reduce the risk of blockage, but also can significantly improve the pain degree of children, the family to the nursing mode, triple system nursing mode applied in children peripheral venous catheterization, has clinical promotion value.
