[Abstract] Objective To explore the influencing factors of negative emotions in patients with malignant hematological diseases. Methods Ninety-two patients with malignant hematological diseases from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects, and self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) were used to evaluate the depression and anxiety of the patients, and they were set as the depression group (anxiety group) versus non-depressed group (non-anxiety group). The general data and the Family Intimacy and Adaptability Scale (FACES) and Karnofsky Functional Status Scale (KPS) and other scales of the patients in each group were evaluated and compared, and the influencing factors of depression and anxiety were investigated by binary Logistic regression analysis. Results There were 40 cases of depression and 48 cases of anxiety in the 92 patients. The age, education level, whether chemotherapy, marital status, monthly household income, medical insurance, FACES scale intimacy, adaptability score and KPS score of the depression group (anxiety group) were different from those of the non-depression group (non-anxiety group). Statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in gender and residence among the groups (P>0.05). Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that age>70 years old, education level of primary school and below, chemotherapy, family monthly income < 3000 yuan, no medical insurance, FACES scale intimacy, and adaptability scores were the influencing factors of anxiety. Sex score is an influencing factor of depression. Conclusion Negative emotions such as anxiety and depression are common in hematological malignancies. Age, education level and family function are closely related to the generation of negative emotions.
