脑卒中后认知功能障碍与血清胰岛素样生长因子1、微小RNA-96的相关性

摘要目的:探讨脑卒中后认知功能障碍(PSCI)与血清胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)、微小RNA-96的相关性。方法:选择2019年4月-2022年1月我院94例脑卒中患者为研究对象,采用蒙特利尔认知量表(MoCA)评估患者认知功能,并设为PSCI组以及非PSCI组,调查两组患者性别、年龄等一般资料,检测并比较血清IGF-1、微小RNA-96水平,分析血清IGF-1、微小RNA-96水平与MoCA评分的相关性,并采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清IGF-1、微小RNA-96水平对PSCI的诊断价值。结果:94例脑卒中发生PSCI 42例,PSCI组年龄、血清微小RNA-96水平显著高于非PSCI组,受教育年限、NHISS评分、血清IGF-1水平显著低于非PSCI组,(P<0.05),两组性别、居住地、卒中类型差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清微小RNA-96表达水平与MoCA评分呈正相关,血清IGF-1水平与MoCA评分呈负相关;ROC曲线提示血清IGF-1、微小RNA-96表达水平对PSCI具有较高的预测价值。结论:脑卒中患者中PSCI具有较高的发生率,血清IGF-1、微小RNA-96表达水平对其具有一定的辅助诊断价值。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the correlation between post-stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) and serum insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) and microRNA-96. Methods A total of 94 stroke patients in our hospital from April 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects. The Montreal Cognitive Scale (MoCA) was used to evaluate the cognitive function of patients, and they were divided into the PSCI group and the non-PSCI group. The general information such as gender and age of the two groups of patients were investigated. The serum levels of IGF-1 and microRNA-96 were detected and compared. The correlation between serum IGF-1 and microRNA-96 levels and MoCA score were analyzed. The Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of serum IGF-1 and microRNA-96 levels in PSCI. Results Among 94 cases of stroke, 42 cases of PSCI occurred. The age and serum microRNA-96 level in the PSCI group were significantly higher than those in the non-PSCI group, and the years of education, NHISS score, and serum IGF-1 level were significantly lower than those in the non-PSCI group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in gender, residence and stroke type between the two groups (P>0.05). Serum microRNA-96 expression level was positively correlated with MoCA score, and serum IGF-1 level was negatively correlated with MoCA score. ROC curve suggests that the expression levels of serum IGF-1 and microRNA-96 have high predictive value for PSCI. Conclusion PSCI has a high incidence in stroke patients, and the expression levels of serum IGF-1 and microRNA-96 have certain auxiliary diagnostic value for it.
