【摘要】目的：分析阶段性心理护理应用在肝胆外科手术患者中的效果及对改善负性情绪的作用。方法：选择2019年4月~2021年4月接诊的300例肝胆外科手术患者，随机分为：观察组（纳入150例，提供阶段性心理护理）、对照组（纳入150例，提供常规护理），评价组间焦虑自评量表（Self-Rating Anxiety Scale，SAS）、抑郁自评量表（Self-rating depression scale，SDS）、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index，PSQI）、社会支持评定量表（Social support Rating Scale，SSRS）、手术配合度。结果：（1）护理前，组间SAS、SDS、PSQI、SSRS评分无明显差异，P>0.05；护理后，观察组SAS、SDS、PSQI、SSRS评分优于对照组，P<0.05；（2）在手术配合度方面，观察组（97.33%）优于对照组（92.00%），P<0.05。结论：对肝胆外科手术患者实施阶段性心理护理，可以减轻负性情绪，改善睡眠质量，提高手术配合度及社会支持度，值得推广。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the effect of phased psychological nursing in patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery and its effect on improving negative emotion. Methods: 300 patients with hepatobiliary surgery from April 2019 to April 2021 were randomly divided into observation group (150 cases were included to provide phased psychological nursing), control group (150 cases were included to provide routine nursing), self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), self rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI), social support rating scale (SSRs), and surgical coordination. Results: (1) before nursing, there was no significant difference in SAS, SDS, PSQI and SSRs scores between the groups (P > 0.05); After nursing, the scores of SAS, SDS, PSQI and SSRs in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05)（ 2) In terms of operation coordination, the observation group (97.33%) was better than the control group (92.00%), P < 0.05. Conclusion: phased psychological nursing for patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery can reduce negative emotions, improve sleep quality, improve operation cooperation and social support, which is worthy of popularization.
