| 摘要 |
了解医学生非自杀性自伤行为状况及其与网络游戏成瘾之间的关系，为有效预防医学生非自杀性自伤行为提供支持。方法 整群抽取四川省川北地区某医学院12 000名医学生进行问卷调查，包括人口学信息、非自杀性自伤行为、网络游戏成瘾等。结果 医学生非自杀性自伤行为报告率为 2.8%，非自杀性自伤行为在性别、生源地、是否独生子女、家庭类型、母亲学历等方面差异有统计学意义。Logistic回归分析显示，性别、父母婚姻状况与医学生非自杀性自伤行为呈负相关，网络游戏成瘾与医学生发生非自杀性自伤行为呈正相关( P 值均＜0．001) 。结论 医学生非自杀性自伤行为与多种因素有关，网络游戏成瘾与非自杀性自伤行为密切关联。社会和家庭应该联合起来对医学生非自杀性自伤相关行为的危险因素进行干预，及时识别危险状况的发生，建立预防机制。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the relationship between non-suicidal NSSI and online game addiction among medical students, and to provide support for the effective prevention of non-suicidal NSSI among medical students. Methods A group sample of 12 000 medical students from a medical college in northern Sichuan province was selected to conduct a questionnaire survey, including demographic information, non-suicidal NSSI, online game addiction, etc. Results The reported rate of non-suicidal NSSI among medical students was 2.8%, and the differences of non-suicidal NSSI in gender, place of birth, only child or not, family type and mothers education background were statistically significant. Logistic regression analysis showed that gender and marital status of parents were negatively correlated with non-suicidal NSSI of medical students, while online game addiction was positively correlated with non-suicidal NSSI of medical students (P < 0.001). Conclusion Non-suicidal NSSI of medical students is related to many factors, and online game addiction is closely related to non-suicidal NSSI. The society and family should jointly intervene in the risk factors of students non-suicidal NSSI behaviors, identify the occurrence of dangerous situations in time, and establish a prevention mechanism.
