摘要	本文对心血管内科护理管理中的风险因素进行分析，进而制定安全防范对策。方法此次选取2021年2月份至2021年12月份在我院进行就诊的120例心血管内科疾病患者作为研究对象，观察对比两组患者护理不良事件发生率以及护理满意度。结果安全防范组患者发生不良事件（8.33%）明显少于常规护理组（30.00%）；在护理满意度上明显高于常规护理组，P＜0.05，说明存在对比性。结论心血管内科护理在提高护理人员素质、严格落实护理制度以及环境因素等方面进行加强管理，并制定针对性的安全防范对策，可以降低护理风险事件，提高患者对护理的满意度。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the risk factors in the nursing management of cardiovascular department, and then formulate safety countermeasures. Methods: 120 patients with cardiovascular diseases in our hospital from February 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research object. The incidence of nursing adverse events and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: the incidence of adverse events in the safety prevention group (8.33%) was significantly lower than that in the routine nursing group (30.00%); The nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the routine nursing group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: strengthening the management of cardiovascular internal medicine nursing in improving the quality of nursing staff, strictly implementing the nursing system and environmental factors, and formulating targeted safety countermeasures can reduce nursing risk events and improve patients satisfaction with nursing.
