摘要	类淋巴系统是一种高度极化的脑脊液转运系统，其作用与外周淋巴系统相似，能够高效的清除脑代谢废物。近年来，多项研究显示，类淋巴系统参与多种精神障碍的发病。本文对类淋巴系统在精神障碍中的研究进展进行综述。
Abstract	The glymphatic system is a highly polarized cerebrospinal fluid transport system, which functions similarly to the peripheral lymphatic system and can efficiently remove brain metabolic waste. In recent years, several studies have shown that the glymphatic system is involved in the pathogenesis of various mental disorders. This article reviews the research progress of the glymphatic system in mental disorders.
