摘要	难治性老年抑郁症(GD)的特点突出，需要在保持老年人认知功能以及多药治疗的同时，有效减轻抑郁症状和经济负担。经颅磁刺激(TMS)是一种已被证实的治疗成年人难治性抑郁症的有效干预手段，但TMS对老年人抑郁症的疗效仍不清楚。这篇综述提供了TMS治疗GD疗效的最新观点，讨论了TMS应用临床治疗老年抑郁的可行性。
Abstract	The prevalence of treatment-resistant geriatric depression (GD) highlights the need to effectively reduce the symptom burden while maintaining cognitive function and understanding multidrug therapy in older adults. Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a proven intervention for treatment-resistant depression in young adults, but the efficacy of TMS for depression in older adults remains unclear. This review provides an updated view of the efficacy of TMS in the treatment of GD and discusses the feasibility of TMS in the clinical treatment of geriatric depression.
