[Abstract] Objective: To study and analyze the anxiety emotional state and its influencing factors in patients with cesarean section. Methods: A total of 196 patients with cesarean section from October 2019 to October 2021 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. The patients intraoperative anxiety was evaluated by the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), and the evaluation results of different marital relationship, surgical history, surgical awareness, age, occupation, monthly income, residence and education level were compared. Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of anxiety during cesarean section. Results: In this study, 124 patients (63.27%) had anxiety during cesarean section, and 72 patients (36.73%) had no anxiety. There was no significant difference in anxiety among patients of different ages during cesarean section (P > 0.05). There were statistically significant differences in anxiety among cesarean section patients with different marital relationship, surgical history, surgical awareness, occupational status, monthly income, residence and education level (P < 0.05). The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that marital relationship, surgical history, surgical awareness, occupation, monthly income, residence and education level were all influential factors of anxiety emotional state during cesarean section patients, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The incidence of intraoperative anxiety in patients with uterine labor is high, and the influencing factors include husband and wife relationship, operation awareness, occupation, monthly income, residence, education level, etc., and targeted regulation measures can be taken according to the specific influencing factors.
