Objective To explore the nursing effect of targeted nursing intervention on elderly bedridden patients with pressure ulcers. Methods This article randomly selected 60 elderly bedridden patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 and received general symptomatic care as the reference group, and another 60 patients were randomly selected and used targeted nursing as the experimental group To explore the nursing effect of targeted nursing intervention on elderly bedridden patients with pressure ulcers through comparative analysis. Results The incidence of pressure ulcers in the experimental group was 3.33% (2/60), which was much lower than the incidence of pressure ulcers in the reference group, which was 13.33% (8/60). The incidence rate was 10.00%; the psychological state of the patients in the experimental group after receiving targeted nursing intervention was lower than that in the reference group after receiving routine nursing, that is, the psychological state of the patients in the experimental group was adjusted faster; the psychological characteristics, social The scores of three parameters, including function and emotional function, showed that the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group; the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group and the reference group were 96.67% and 63.33%, respectively. Conclusion The application of the targeted nursing model in the nursing process of elderly bedridden patients has a significant effect on improving the patients psychological state and physical function, and it is worthy of vigorous promotion in the clinical treatment process.
