| 摘要 |
【摘要】探究父母陪伴式麻醉诱导与复苏应用于手术患儿的效果及对心理状态、应激反应的影响。方法 选取我院2020年5月-2022年5月期间手术治疗的患儿117例，根据随机数字表法分组。对照组58例患儿给予常规围术期干预，观察组59例患儿增加父母陪伴式麻醉诱导及复苏模式干预，对比两组患儿心理状态：手术前后改良耶鲁围手术期焦虑量表(mYPAS)评分；应激状态：促肾上腺激素（ACTH）、皮质醇（Cor）、去甲肾上腺素（NE）；复苏质量：苏醒前后血压、脉搏变化和患儿苏醒后躁动评分。结果：手术后观察组mYPAS评分、ACTH、Cor、NE水平低于对照组，苏醒后观察组收缩压、脉搏、PAED评分低于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：父母陪伴式麻醉诱导及复苏对手术患儿干预，可有效改善应激状态和复苏质量，降低围术期焦虑情绪。

| Abstract |
【 Abstract 】 Objective To explore the effects of parental anesthesia induction and resuscitation on the psychological state and stress response of children undergoing surgery. Methods A total of 117 children who received surgical treatment in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected and grouped according to random number table method. Fifty-eight children in the control group were given routine perioperative intervention, and 59 children in the observation group were given parental anesthesia induction and resuscitation mode intervention. The psychological state of the two groups was compared: modified Yale Perioperative Anxiety Scale (mYPAS) score before and after surgery; Stress state: adrenotropic hormone (ACTH), cortisol (Cor), norepinephrine (NE); Quality of resuscitation: changes in blood pressure and pulse before and after resuscitation, and score of agitation after resuscitation. Results: After operation, the mYPAS score, ACTH, Cor and NE levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the systolic blood pressure, pulse and PAED scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Parental anesthesia induction and resuscitation can effectively improve the stress state and the quality of resuscitation, and reduce the anxiety during perioperative period.
