摘要	跌倒高发于住院老年精神障碍患者，极易带来骨折、外伤和跌倒恐惧等负面影响。本文对住院老年精神障碍患者跌倒的概述、评估工具、影响因素进行综述，旨在为完善国内相关研究及住院老年精神障碍患者跌倒防范和安全管理提供参考。
Abstract	The incidence of falls is high in hospitalized elderly patients with mental disorders, which is easy to bring about negative effects such as fracture, trauma and fall fear. This article reviews the overview, assessment tools and influencing factors of falls in hospitalized elderly patients with mental disorders, aiming to provide a reference for improving domestic related research and the prevention and safety management of falls in hospitalized elderly patients with mental disorders.
