Abstract
【 Abstract 】 Objective To explore the effect of combined duloxetine on patients with lower limb fracture and the effect on postoperative pain, anxiety and depression. Methods Ninety-five patients with lower limb fracture in our department from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and grouped according to random number table method. Forty-seven patients in the control group were given parecoxib sodium, and 48 patients in the observation group were given combined duloxetine. Postoperative pain, pain mediators, stress level, psychological state and safety of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of pain numerical score, visual analog score, Hamilton Anxiety Scale, Hamilton Depression Scale, nitric oxide, 5-hydroxytryptamine, prostaglandin E2 and cortisol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Duloxetine combined with parecoxib sodium can effectively improve stress response and psychological state in the treatment of lower limb fracture patients, reduce the degree of postoperative pain, with high safety.
