基于AIDET沟通模式下的感觉运动训练对膝关节置换术后患者心理康复及膝关节功能的影响

| 摘要 |
【摘要】探讨膝关节置换术后患者接受以AIDET沟通模式为基础的感觉运动训练的效果及对膝关节功能和心理康复的影响。方法 随机数字表法将我院131例膝关节置换术后患者分为2组，对照组65例接受常规感觉运动训练，观察组66例接受基于AIDET沟通模式的感觉运动训练，均干预6w，对比两组术后心理康复、膝关节功能及生活质量情况。结果 观察组患者3d末疼痛评分、Zung焦虑自评量表评分和Zung抑郁自评量表均较对照组低，6w末膝关节稳定性、功能评分及HSS总分和6月末生活质量评分各维度评分均较对照组高（P＜0.05），6w末活动度、屈膝畸形、疼痛、肌力和各并发症两组无显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论 膝关节置换术后患者以AIDET沟通模式为基础行感觉运动训练，可显著缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪，有利于术后恢复和膝关节功能以及生活质量的提高，降低并发症发生。

| Abstract |
[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of sensorimotor training based on AIDET communication mode in patients after knee arthroplasty and influence on knee joint function，psychological rehabilitation. Methods Random number table method divided 131 patients after knee arthroplasty in our hospital into 2 groups. 65 patients in control group received routine sensorimotor training,66 observation group patients received sensorimotor training based on AIDET communication mode.the psychological rehabilitation, knee joint function and quality of life were compared.Results After 3 days observation group had lower VAS scores, Zung anxiety self-rating scale scores, Zung depression self-rating scales than control group. after 6 weeks the knee joint stability, functional scores and HSS total scores,quality of life score after 6 mounths were higher than control group (P<0.05). There was no difference in the range of motion, knee flexion deformity, pain,muscle strength，complication rates between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Sensorimotor training based on the AIDET communication mode can relieve the patients after knee replacement,s anxiety and depression[ ], benefite to postoperative recovery, knee joint function and quality of life, reduces complications.
