【Abstract】Objective: To explore the intervention effect of psychological nursing based on evidence-based medicine on patients with anxiety and depression after radial vein puncture with iodine contrast medium extravasation. Methods: A total of 103 patients with anxiety and depression after radial vein puncture with iodine contrast medium extravasation who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to February 2021 were selected for study. The random number table method was used to group them. The control group was given routine nursing management and 51 cases were observed. 52 cases in the group were given psychological nursing based on evidence-based medicine, and the coping style, intervention effect, wrist function, and bad psychological state of the two groups were compared. Results: After the intervention, the observation group’s face score and 48h cure rate were higher than those of the control group, avoidance, yield score, Gartland-weirey wrist function score, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores The number of patients with visual analogue scale (VAS) and severe degree of extravasation was less than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Psychological nursing based on evidence-based medicine can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients with anxiety and depression after radial vein puncture iodine contrast agent extravasation, thereby promoting the recovery of wrist joint function and improving the effect of clinical intervention.
