[Abstract] Objective: To observe the effect of responsibility nursing in patients with cerebral thrombosis and its effect on psychological emotion, neurological function and neurological deficit score. Methods: 86 patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group (43 cases were included to provide responsible Nursing) and control group (43 cases were included to provide routine nursing). The inter group psychological and emotional score, National Institutes of health neurological deficit score (NIHSS), Fugl Meyer Rating Scale (FMA), Barthel Index (BI) and Short form of Health Survey (SF-36), patient satisfaction. Results: (1) Before nursing, there was no significant difference in psychological and emotional score, NIHSS, FMA, Bi and SF-36 between the groups (P>0.05); After nursing, the psychological and emotional scores, NIHSS, FMA, Bi and SF-36 in the observation group were better (P<0.05); (2) In terms of patient satisfaction, the observation group (93.02%) was better than the control group (74.42%), P<0.05. Conclusion: The implementation of responsible nursing for patients with cerebral thrombosis can reduce negative emotions, improve neurological function, motor function, ability of daily life, improve quality of life and enhance the relationship between nurses and patients, which is worthy of popularization.
