【Abstract】Objective To observe the effect of fluoxetine combined with Liqi Tongluo acupuncture for treatment of somatization disorder,provide reference for clinical treatment of somatization disorders. Methods A total of 130 patients with somatization disorder were randomly divided into study group (n=62,took fluoxetine combined with LiqiTongluo acupuncture) and control group (n=68,did fluoxetine) for 6 weeks.The main acupoints are Baihui, Shenting, Xinshu, Ganshu, Neiguan, Shenmen, Qimen, Taichong, Sanyinjiao, Zusanli, 5time/w, 20min/time.The severity of the disease and curative effect were assessed by the symptom self-rating scale (SCL-90), and each factor in the SCL-90 was divided into secondary indicators.Results Compared with the control group, the SCL-90 score and somatization, depression,anxiety factor scores of the study group were significantly decreased at the end of the treatment(P<0.01 or 0.05).From the first week of treatment, the SCL-90 score of the study group decreased significantly compared with the control group (P<0.05).The results showed that the effective rate was 85.0% on the study group and 69.5% on the control group (P<0.05).During the treatment, the number of cases lost to follow-up in the study group was 2, while that in the control group was 9(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with single fluoxetine, fluoxetine combined with Liqi Tongluo acupuncture is more effective on the treatment of somatoform disorders, with faster onset and better compliance.
