The anxiety level of the staff members was assessed by the self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), the sense of work achievement was assessed by the sense of work achievement, the mental toughness was assessed by the mental Resilience Scale (cd-risc), and the sleep quality of the staff members was assessed by the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI), Taking the domestic norm as the control, the SAS scores, cd-risc scores, PSQI scores and job achievement scores of 80 staff members were compared with the domestic norm. Pearson analyzed the correlation between SAS scores and cd-risc scores, PSQI scores and job achievement scores. Results: The SAS score in this study was higher than the domestic norm, the cd-risc optimism, self-improvement and tenacity scores in this study were lower than the domestic norm, and the PSQI daytime dysfunction, hypnotic drugs, sleep disorders, sleep efficiency, sleep quality, sleep time and sleep time scores in this study were higher than the domestic norm, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Pearson analysis showed that SAS score was positively correlated with PSQI score, and negatively correlated with cd-risc score and job achievement score, P<0.05 (r value =-4.214, 4.975, -4.167) (the difference was statistically significant). Conclusion: There is a certain correlation between the mental health status, sleep status and work achievement of the staff in the disinfection supply center. The heavier the anxiety symptoms, the lower the mental toughness, the worse the sleep quality and the lower the work achievement.
