摘要 目的:分析缺血性脑卒中后抑郁患者应用马来酸氟伏沙明对神经功能、负性情绪及单胺神经递质水平的影响。方法:选取我科2020年4月至2022年2月期间101例缺血性脑卒中后抑郁患者作为研究对象,采用抽取法将其分组。常规组50例给予常规治疗,研究组51例增加马来酸氟伏沙明。对比两组患者神经功能、负性情绪、单胺神经递质水平、不良反应。结果:两组患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、高级中枢损伤严重程度(MESSS)比较(P>0.05);研究组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分均低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组患者多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平均高于常规组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:马来酸氟伏沙明联合常规治疗能够有效改善缺血性脑卒中后抑郁患者神经功能,减轻负性情绪,调节单胺神经递质水平,且安全性较高。
Abstract
Abstract Objective: To analyze the effects of fluvoxamine maleate on neurological function, negative mood and monoamine neurotransmitter levels in patients with post-ischemic stroke depression. Methods: A total of 101 patients with depression after ischemic stroke in our department from April 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects and grouped by extraction method. The control group (50 cases) received routine treatment, while the observation group (51 cases) received fluvoxamine maleate. The neurological function, negative emotions, monoamine neurotransmitter levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score and advanced central injury severity (MESSS) were compared between the two groups (P > 0.05). The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The levels of dopamine (DA), 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) and norepinephrine (NE) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Fluvoxamine maleate combined with conventional treatment can effectively improve the neurological function of patients with post-ischemic stroke depression, reduce negative emotions, regulate the level of monoamine neurotransmitters, and has high safety.
