【摘要】探究帕罗西汀应用于替莫唑胺治疗的恶性脑胶质瘤术后患者的效果及对应激水平、焦虑抑郁情绪、癌因性疲乏的影响。方法 选取我科2021年3月至2022年7月期间97例恶性脑胶质瘤术后患者，根据抽签法分组。均给予术后常规放疗联合替莫唑胺治疗，对照组48例联合给予结构式心理治疗，观察组49例在对照组基础上联合帕罗西汀治疗，对比两组患者焦虑与抑郁症状、癌因性疲乏、应激指标水平。结果：治疗后观察组汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)与汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、癌因性疲乏各项评分、皮质醇(Cor)、促腺上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平低于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论：帕罗西汀联合结构式心理模式对替莫唑胺治疗的恶性脑胶质瘤术后患者干预，可有效降低癌因性疲乏程度、应激反应以及焦虑抑郁情绪。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of paroxetine on postoperative patients with malignant glioma treated with temozolomide and its influence on stress level, anxiety and depression, cancer-related fatigue. Methods A total of 97 patients with malignant glioma after surgery in our department from March 2021 to July 2022 were selected and grouped according to the lottery method. All patients were treated with conventional radiotherapy combined with temozolomide, 48 cases in the control group were treated with structured psychological therapy, 49 cases in the observation group were treated with paroxetine on the basis of the control group. The levels of anxiety and depression symptoms, cancer related fatigue and stress indicators were compared between the two groups.Results: After treatment, the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), cancer-related fatigue scores, cortisol (Cor), supra-adenocorticoid-stimulating hormone (ACTH), endothelin-1 (ET-1) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Paroxetine combined with structured mental model can effectively reduce cancer-related fatigue, stress response, anxiety and depression in patients with malignant glioma after temozolomide treatment.
