【 Abstract 】 Objective To explore the relationship between the levels of osteopontin (OPN), angiotensin (Ang) Ⅱ and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and anxiety/depression in stroke patients. Methods 81 patients with stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the observation group, and 40 healthy patients in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. Serum OPN, AngⅡ and BDNF levels of all subjects were detected. The anxiety and depression of patients were evaluated according to the hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), and the relationship between serum BDNF, OPN, AngⅡ levels and anxiety/depression of stroke patients was analyzed by binary Logistic regression. Results: The levels of BDNF, OPN and AngⅡ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of BDNF, OPN and AngⅡ in the anxiety/depression group were lower than those in the non-anxiety/depression group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Binary logistic regression analysis showed that low serum levels of BDNF, OPN and AngⅡ were independent risk factors for anxiety/depression in stroke patients (P<0.05). Conclusion: Low levels of serum BDNF, OPN and AngⅡ factors are independent risk factors affecting anxiety/depression in stroke patients.
