双相情感障碍与进食障碍共病的研究进展

摘要	进食障碍（Eating disorder）是双相情感障碍（Bipolar disorder）常见共病，已经有大量证据证实两者之间具有强烈相关性。在ED和BD共病的研究中，对于共病产生的机制、影响以及防控措施仍在探索。本文从患病率、病理生理机制、筛查与诊断、治疗等角度系统性地回顾了近年来BD与ED共病的相关研究成果，以期加深全面了解共病。
Abstract	Eating disorder is a common or lifelong comorbidity of Bipolar disorder. In the study of ED and BD comorbidity, the mechanism, influence and prevention and control measures of comorbidity are still being explored. This paper systematically reviewed the related research results of comorbidity in recent years to comprehensively understand the comorbidity of ED and BD.
