摘要	摘要:眼动脱敏与再加工( EMDR) 是一种整合式心理治疗方法，其整合了心理动力学、催眠术、行为心理学和认知心理学等方法，建立了API信息加工模型，通过双侧刺激增强整个大脑动态神经元网络的同步性，可导致治疗获得显著疗效，在精神科临床应用越来越广泛。该文对 EMDR 心理疗法在精神科临床相关疾病的应用及其疗效进行了归纳和总结。
Abstract	Abstract: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an integrative psychotherapy method that integrates psychodynamics, hypnotism, behavioral psychology, cognitive psychology .It establishes an API information processing model.EMDR enhances the synchronization of dynamic neuronal networks throughout the brain through bilateral stimulation, leading to significant therapeutic efficacy.The clinical application of EMDR in psychiatry is becoming more and more extensive. This article summarizes and summarizes the application and efficacy of EMDR psychotherapy in psychiatric clinically related diseases.
