摘要
睡眠占人类寿命中的三分之一的时间,是人类生存不可缺少的一部分,对生理健康和心理健康发挥着核心作用。然而,随着社会和时代不断进步与发展,人类的睡眠问题也越来越多。据世卫组织报道,全球睡眠障碍率达27%,中国成年人失眠发生率更是高达38.2%,超过3亿中国人有睡眠障碍,且这个数据仍在逐年攀升。新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)的出现进一步加剧了睡眠问题的恶化。在新冠期间,公众被迫居家隔离,睡眠昼夜节律的平衡稳态被打破、睡眠周期紊乱,使睡眠结构呈现一个睡眠时间延长或缩短、入睡时间延迟以及睡眠质量下降的趋势。本文旨在综述COVID-19对不同国家以及不同人群睡眠的影响,并探讨了相关影响因素,以期为疫情期间睡眠障碍防治提供循证证据。
Abstract
Sleep, which accounts for one third of our life span, is an indispensable part of our survival and plays a central role in our physical and mental health. However, with the continuous progress and development of society and times, human sleep problems are becoming more and more. According to the World Health Organization, the global rate of sleep disorders is 27%, and the incidence of insomnia among Chinese adults is as high as 38.2%. More than 300 million Chinese people have sleep disorders, and the number is still rising year by year. The emergence of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has further exacerbated sleep problems. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the public was forced to stay at home, the balance of circadian rhythm of sleep was broken, the sleep cycle was disturbed, and the sleep structure showed a trend of prolonged or shortened sleep time, delayed falling asleep time, and decreased sleep quality. This article reviews the effects of COVID-19 on sleep in different countries and populations, and discusses related influencing factors, in order to provide evidence-based evidence for the prevention and treatment of sleep disorders during the epidemic.
