摘要
摘要 目的:探讨高频重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)联合齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的效果。方法:选取阜阳市第三人民医院精神科收治的92例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,对照组46例采用齐拉西酮治疗,联合组46例采用高频rTMS联合齐拉西酮治疗。比较两组神经功能相关因子指标、临床疗效。结果:① 联合组临床总有效率(89.13%)明显高于对照组(76.09%);②与对照组治疗后比较,联合组治疗后血清GFAP、TC、FPG水平降低更明显,血清NGF、BDNF水平及LOTCA评分升高更明显,差异具有统计学意义;③两组不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(15.21%vs13.04%)。结论:高频rTMS联合齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症患者疗效确切,可提高患者BDNF水平,改善认知功能,具有临床推广价值。
Abstract
Abstract Objective:To explore the effect of high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) combined with ziprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia .Methods:Ninety-two schizophrenic patients admitted to the Department of Psychiatry of Fuyang Third Peoples Hospital were randomly divided into two groups. 46 patients in the control group were treated with ziprasidone, and 46 patients in the combination group were treated with high-frequency rTMS and ziprasidone. After 2 weeks of continuous treatment, blood samples were collected to measure the neurofunction-related factors, and to assess cognitive function The scores of positive and negative symptoms scale (PANSS) were compared with the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:① The total clinical effective rate of the combined group (89.13%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.09%);② Compared with the control group after treatment, the serum GFAP in the combined group decreased more significantly, and the serum NGF, BDNF levels and LOTCA scores increased more significantly after treatment ; ③ Compared with before treatment, the levels of serum TC and FPG in the two groups increased after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant; Compared with the control group after treatment, the levels of serum TC and FPG after combined treatment were lower, and the difference was statistically significant ; ④ There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (15.21% vs 13.04%).Conclusion:High-frequency rTMS combined with ziprasidone is effective in the treatment of schizophrenic patients, which can improve the level of BDNF and cognitive function of patients, and has clinical promotion value.
