摘要	近年来，随着成渝地区快速发展，生活水平也在逐渐提升，巴蜀民间艺术越来越受重视。不管是民间团体，还是文化部门，都在积极推动巴蜀民间艺术发展。本文通过浅析民间造纸艺术文化内涵及当代价值、巴蜀民间造纸艺术的发展困境等话题，探寻成渝双城经济圈视角下的巴蜀民间造纸艺术创新发展的可能，对成渝双城经济圈国家政策下文化产业发展具有重要意义。
Abstract	In recent years, with the rapid development of Chengdu-Chongqing region,living standards are also gradually improving, bashu folk art more and more attention.No matter folk groups or cultural departments are actively promoting the development of Bashu folk art.This paper analyzes the cultural connotation and contemporary value of folk papermaking art and the development dilemma of folk papermaking art in Bashu, and explores the possibility of innovation and development of folk papermaking art in Bashu from the perspective of Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic circle, which is of great significance to the development of cultural industry in Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng economic circle under the national policy.
