【摘要】探讨帕金森病（PD）患者睡眠障碍发生情况及与负性情绪和生活质量的关系。方法 本研究研究对象为2021年1月-2022年8月95 例PD患者，采用帕金森病睡眠量表-2(PDSS2)进行睡眠质量评价，根据评价结果设为睡眠障碍组以及非睡眠障碍组。采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）进行负性情绪评价，采用帕金森病8项调查表（PDQ-8）进行生活质量评价。对比分析两组患者负性情绪和生活质量并进行相关性分析。结果 95例PD患者检出睡眠障碍44例；睡眠障碍组SDS评分、SAS评分、PDQ-8评分均显著高于非睡眠障碍组，（P<0.05）；PD合并睡眠障碍患者PDSS2评分与SDS评分、SAS评分、PDQ-8评分均呈正相关，（P<0.05）。结论 FD患者睡眠障碍发生率较高，且合睡眠障碍患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪更严重，生活质量更差，应给予重视。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the occurrence of sleep disturbances and the relationship with negative mood and quality of life in patients with Parkinsons disease (PD). Methods In this study, 95 patients with PD were studied from January 2021 to August 2022. The Parkinsons Disease Sleep Scale-2 (PDSS2) was used for sleep quality evaluation. There was a sleep disorder group as well as a non-sleep disorder group according to the evaluation results. Anxiety self-assessment scale (SAS) and depression self-assessment scale (SDS) were used for negative mood evaluation. The Parkinsons Disease 8-item Questionnaire (PDQ-8) was used for quality-of-life evaluation. Negative mood and quality of life were compared and analyzed between the two groups and correlation analysis was performed. Results Sleep disorders were detected in 44 cases of 95 PD patients, including 20 cases of mild, 14 cases of moderate, and 10 cases of severe. The SDS score, SAS score, and PDQ-8 score were significantly higher in the sleep disorder group than in the non-sleep disorder group (P<0.05). the PDSS2 score was positively correlated with the SDS score, SAS score, and PDQ-8 score in patients with PD combined with sleep disorder (P<0.05). Conclusion PD patients have a higher incidence of sleep disorders, and patients with combined sleep disorders have more severe anxiety, depression and other negative emotions and poorer quality of life, which should be taken seriously.
