【Abstract】Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics of Parkinsons disease (PD) with sleep disorder (SD) and analyze the effect of anti resistance exercise intervention.Methods: Prospectively select 120 patients with primary PD admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 as the research object. According to Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score, 120 patients were divided into SD group and non SD group, The clinical characteristics of PD with SD were analyzed.The patients in SD group were randomly divided into study group and control group, The control group was given routine nursing care. The study group was given resistance exercise intervention on the basis of the control group, and the sleep quality and emotional state of the two groups after 30 days of intervention were compared. Results:The scores of related symptoms in SD group were higher than those in non SD group (P<0.05). The PSQI factor score and total score, HAMD score and HAMA score in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The probability of PD patients with SD is higher, and the exercise symptoms and non exercise symptoms of SD patients with SD are more obvious. The application of anti resistance exercise to SD patients with SD can effectively improve sleep quality and mood disorders.
