[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the effect of psychological rehabilitation nursing on the quality of life of patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods: The subjects of this study were 110 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia hospitalized in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022. They were divided into groups according to the random number table method (n=55 in each group). The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received psychological rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group. HAMA score, HAMD score, cd-risc score, whooolbref score and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The HAMA score and HAMD score of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group. The cd-risc score and whooolbref score of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group. The patient satisfaction of the observation group (94.55%) was higher than that of the control group (70.91%). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Psychological rehabilitation nursing can effectively reduce the adverse emotions such as anxiety and depression of patients with hemiplegia after stroke, enhance psychological toughness, and improve sleep quality and patient satisfaction.
