【摘要】目的：分析心理护理干预应用于椎基底动脉供血不足患者的临床效果及对负面情绪的影响。方法：便利选取本院2019年1月至2021年1月住院的170例椎基底动脉供血不足患者，根据随机数字表法分组（每组n=85），对照组接受常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上接受心理护理，对比两组BDI评分、STAI评分、PSQI评分、FACT-G评分、患者满意度。结果：观察组护理后BDI评分、STAI评分、PSQI评分均低于对照组，观察组护理后FACT-G评分高于对照组，观察组患者满意度（96.47%）高于对照组（82.35%），差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：心理护理干预可有效减轻椎基底动脉供血不足患者不良情绪，提高睡眠质量、生存质量及患者满意度。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention on patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency and its impact on negative emotion. Methods: 170 patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency hospitalized in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were conveniently selected and divided into groups according to the random number table method (n=85 in each group). The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received psychological nursing on the basis of the control group. The BDI score, STAI score, PSQI score, FACT-G score and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The BDI score, STAI score and PSQI score of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group, the FACT-G score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group, and the patient satisfaction of the observation group (96.47%) was higher than that of the control group (82.35%). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Psychological nursing intervention can effectively reduce the bad mood of patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency, and improve the quality of sleep, quality of life and patient satisfaction.
