| 摘要 |
【摘要】目的：评估宫颈癌护理及心理护理应用在宫颈癌治疗中的作用及对心理状态的影响。方法：纳入2020年1月—2021年5月的96例宫颈癌患者，按照随机方式分配病例至观察组（纳入48例，在对照组基础上强化心理护理）、对照组（纳入48例，提供宫颈癌常规护理），评价组间生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOL-74）、心理状态评分、希望水平量表（HHI）、应对方式量表（JCS）、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）。结果：护理前，组间GQOL-74、心理状态评分、HHI、JCS、PSQI无明显差异，P>0.05；护理后，观察组GQOL-74、心理状态评分、HHI、JCS、PSQI更佳，P<0.05。结论：对宫颈癌患者实施宫颈癌护理及心理护理，能够减轻负性情绪，提高疾病应对方式及希望水平，克服睡眠障碍，改善生活质量，值得推广。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the role of cervical cancer nursing and psychological nursing in the treatment of cervical cancer and its impact on psychological state. Methods: 96 patients with cervical cancer from January 2020 to may 2021 were randomly assigned to the observation group (48 cases were included to strengthen psychological nursing on the basis of the control group), the control group (48 cases were included to provide routine nursing for cervical cancer), and the inter group comprehensive quality of life assessment questionnaire (gqol-74), psychological state score, hope level scale (HHI) Coping style scale (JCS), Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI). Results: before nursing, there was no significant difference in gqol-74, mental state score, HHI, JCS and PSQI between the groups (P > 0.05); After nursing, gqol-74, mental state score, HHI, JCS and PSQI in the observation group were better (P<0.05). Conclusion: cervical cancer nursing and psychological nursing for patients with cervical cancer can reduce negative emotions, improve disease coping style and hope level, overcome sleep disorders and improve quality of life, which is worthy of promotion.
