孕期配偶同步激励式心理干预联合产房分娩核查对自然分娩初产妇焦虑抑郁和母婴结局的影响

摘要 目的：探讨产房分娩核查联合孕期配偶同步激励式心理干预对自然分娩初产妇母婴结局和焦虑抑郁的影响。方法：抽签法将我院162例自然分娩初产妇分为2组，常规围产期干预基础上，对照组组81例产妇行产房分娩核查干预，观察组81例接受孕期配偶同步激励式心理干预联合产房分娩核查，对比两组产妇焦虑抑郁情绪、产后疼痛和自我效能、母婴结局和并发症情况。结果：观察组初产妇干预后汉密尔顿抑郁量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表、疼痛视觉模拟量表评分、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息发生率和产妇并发症发生率均低于对照组，自我效能期望和结果期望高于对照组（P＜0.05），两组新生儿1min、5min阿氏评分无显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论：产房分娩核查联合孕期配偶同步激励式心理干预应用于自然分娩可提高产妇自我效能，降低产妇抑郁、焦虑情绪，改善母婴结局。关键词：自然分娩；初产妇；孕期配偶同步激励式心理干预；焦虑抑郁

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effects of labor check in delivery room combined with synchronous incentive psychological intervention of pregnant spouses on maternal and infant outcomes, anxiety and depression of primipara in natural delivery. Method: In our hospital 162 primiparas with natural delivery were divided into 2 groups by lottery method. in control group received delivery check intervention in delivery room, in observation group combined with synchronous incentive psychological intervention for pregnant spouses.Maternal anxiety，depression, postpartum pain and self-efficacy, maternal，infant outcomes and complications were compared between two groups. Results: After interventionHAMD, HAMD score, VAS score, incidence of fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia and maternal complications in observation group were lower than control group, EE-16, OE-16 were higher than control group (P < 0.05). There were no differences in 1min and 5minApgar scores between two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The application of labor check in delivery room combined with synchronous incentive psychological intervention of pregnant spouse in natural delivery can improve maternal self-efficacy, reduce maternal depression，anxiety, improve maternal and infant outcomes.
