摘要: 探讨分析第二代抗精神病药物氨磺必利治疗精神分裂症患者对中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比率(Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio,NLR)的影响及出现心电图异常的危险影响因素。 方法 收集88例口服氨磺必利的精神分裂症患者,并将治疗期间出现心电图异常者归为研究组40例,未出现心电图异常者归为对照组48例。比较两组人口学及一般临床资料及NLR,分析口服氨磺必利治疗后导致心电图异常的影响因素。结果 研究组在服药剂量、滴定时间、血钾水平及NLR与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。心电图异常患者NLR与氨磺必利使用剂量呈显著正相关(P=0.029)。逻辑回归多因素分析显示NLR水平、滴定时间、用药剂量、血钾水平是氨磺必利导致心电图异常的重要危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论 氨磺必利服用剂量高、滴定时间过短、NLR水平过高和血钾水平偏低是出现心电图异常的重要危险因素。

| Abstract |
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of the second generation antipsychotic drug amisulpride on Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and the risk factors of abnormal electrocardiogram in patients with schizophrenia. Methods Collect 88 patients with schizophrenia who were treated with oral Amisulpride. Among them, 40 cases with electrocardiogram abnormality during the treatment were classified as the study group, and 48 cases without electrocardiogram abnormality were classified as the control group. The demographic and general clinical data and NLR of the two groups were compared, and the influencing factors of electrocardiogram abnormalities caused by oral Amisulpride treatment were analyzed. Results The differences between the study group and the control group in terms of medication dose, titration time, blood potassium level, and NLR are statistically significant (all P<0.05). The NLR of patients with electrocardiogram abnormalities is significantly positively correlated with the dose of Amisulpride used (P=0.029). Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that NLR level, titration time, drug dose, and blood potassium level are important risk factors for Amisulpride-induced electrocardiogram abnormalities (all P<0.05). Conclusions High doses of Amisulpride, short titration time, high NLR levels, and low blood potassium levels are important risk factors for the occurrence of electrocardiogram abnormalities.
