摘要	【摘要】探讨酒依赖患者单胺氧化酶A(Monoamine Oxidase A, MAOA)、血清素(5-hydroxytryptamine, 5-TH)基因多态性与冲动行为的关系。方法本研究纳入201例来自厦门某精神专科医院酒依赖住院患者，用修改版外显攻击行为量表评估将其分为攻击组90例和对照组111例，采用聚合酶链式反应产物直接测序法检测两组患者MAOA rs6323、rs1137070、5-THR2A rs6313、5-THR1B rs6296基因多态性分布。结果 MAOA rs6323及rs1137070 位点基因型分布在两组患者中差异显著，5-THR2A rs6313及5-THR1B rs6296 两位点基因型分布在两组患者中差异不显著。两组患者和各基因型等位基因分布均无显著性差异。结论酒依赖患者攻击行为与MAOA rs6323、rs1137070 基因多态性可能具有关联性。
Abstract	【Abstract】Objective To investigate the relationship between Monoamine Oxidase A(MAOA), 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-TH) genetic polymorphism and impulsive behavior in alcohol-dependent patients. Methods In this study 201 alcohol-dependent inpatients from a psychiatric hospital in Xiamen were included and divided into aggressive group (90 cases) and control group (111 cases) using the Modified Overt Aggression Scale. The distribution of MAOA rs6323、rs1137070、5-THR2A rs6313 and 5-THR1B rs6296 genetic polymorphisms were detected by direct sequencing of polymerase chain reaction in two groups. Results The genotypes of MAOA rs6323 and rs1137070 were significantly different between the two groups, while the genotypes of 5-THR2A rs6313 and 5-THR1B rs6296 were not significantly different between the two groups. There was no significant difference in allele distribution between the two groups. Conclusion Aggression behavior might be associated with rs6323 and rs1137070 genetic polymorphism of MAOA in alcohol-dependent patients.
