【摘要】 调查学龄前4至5岁儿童屏幕使用情况以及屏幕过度使用对儿童行为造成的影响。方法 以武汉市汉阳区3所幼儿园524名4至5岁儿童为研究对象，对儿童家长采用儿童行为量表(Child Behavior Checklist, CBCL)评估儿童行为问题，同时调查了儿童一般情况及屏幕使用情况。根据屏幕使用时长，将所有儿童分为屏幕过度使用组（n=220）及正常组（n=304）。结果 共有220名儿童（42.0%）符合屏幕过度使用标准，其男童占比较正常组高。另外，屏幕过度使用儿童的智能手机及平板电脑的使用率明显高于正常组。男童、使用平板及手机更容易出现屏幕过度使用。屏幕过度使用男童CBCL总分显著高于正常男童（p<0.05），并且屏幕过度使用男童及女童CBCL社交退缩问题评分均高于正常组（p<0.05）。除了社交退缩问题，屏幕过度使用男童攻击性行为及违纪行为评分更高（P<0.05）,而女童则有更高的肥胖问题评分（p<0.05）。结论 学龄前儿童屏幕过度使用与性别及智能设备的使用有关，并且对儿童行为造成负面影响，应当引起家庭及教育工作者重视。

| Abstract |
【Abstract】Objective Investigation of screen usage among preschool children aged 4 to 5 years and the effects of excessive screen time on childrens behavior. Methods A total of 524 4 to 5 year-old children from three kindergartens in Hanyang District, Wuhan City, were studied, and their parents were assessed for behavioral problems using the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), while the childrens general condition and screen use were investigated. According to the duration of screen use, all children were divided into a screen overuse group (n=220) and a normal group (n=304). Results Among the 524 preschool children, 42.0% (n=220) exceeded the recommended screen time limits, with boys having a higher proportion in the excessive screen time group. Smartphones and tablets were used more frequently by children in the excessive screen time group. Boys in the excessive screen time group had significantly higher scores in aggressive and rule-breaking behaviors (p<0.05), as well as social withdrawal, while girls in the excessive screen time group had higher scores in the obesity domain (p<0.05). Conclusion Excessive screen time among preschool children is associated with gender and usage of smart devices, and has negative effects on childrens behavior. Therefore, it should be taken seriously by families and educators.【Key words】Preschool children; screen usage; behavioral problems; smart devices
