【摘要】目的:分析户外团体有氧运动联合社会生活模拟训练对长期住院男性精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢及精神康复的影响。方法:前瞻性选择2019年8月至2022年6月在我院长期住院男性精神分裂症患者116例按随机数字表法分为两组,各58例,治疗A组行常规护理干预,治疗B组在此基础上加户外团体有氧运动联合社会生活模拟训练干预,比较两组糖脂代谢及精神康复情况。结果:干预后两组心理状态、精神康复状态较干预前有改善(P<0.05),且治疗B组SAS、SDS评分及精神康复状态均优于治疗A组(P<0.05);干预后3、6个月两组糖脂代谢水平较干预前有改善(P<0.05),且干预后6个月治疗B组TC、TG、FPG及LDL-C水平高于治疗A组,而HDL-C水平低于治疗A组(P<0.05)。结论:将户外团体有氧运动与社会生活模拟训练联合应用于长期住院男性精神分裂症治疗中,可有效促进精神状态康复,改善糖脂代谢水平。

| Abstract |
[Abstract]Objective: Analyze the impact of outdoor group aerobic exercise combined with social life simulation training on glucose and lipid metabolism and mental recovery in long-term hospitalized male schizophrenia patients.Method: Prospectively select 116 male schizophrenic patients who were hospitalized in our hospital for a long time from August 2019 to June 2022, and divide them into two groups according to the random number table method, with 58 cases in each group. Group A received routine nursing intervention, while Group B received outdoor group aerobic exercise combined with social life simulation training intervention on this basis, and compared the glycolipid metabolism and mental rehabilitation of the two groups.Results: After intervention, the psychological status and mental recovery status of the two groups improved compared to before intervention (P<0.05), and the SAS, SDS scores, and mental recovery status of treatment group B were better than those of treatment group A (P<0.05); After 3 and 6 months of intervention, the levels of glucose and lipid metabolism in both groups improved compared to before intervention (P<0.05), and after 6 months of intervention, the levels of TC, TG, FPG, and LDL-C in treatment group B were higher than those in treatment group A, while the levels of HDL-C were lower than those in treatment group A (P<0.05).Conclusion: The combination of outdoor group aerobic exercise and social life simulation training in the treatment of long-term hospitalized male schizophrenia can effectively promote mental state recovery and improve glucose and lipid metabolism levels.
